PRICES FOR 2025

3 May – 4 July €175 per night Minimum 1 week stay (€1225 per week)

5 July – 29th August €250 per night Minimum 1 week stay (€1750 per week)

30th August – 19th September €175 per night Minimum 1 week stay (€1225 per week)

*Prices include exclusive use of the swimming pool (unheated), gas BBQ, all linen and towels, a welcome pack (bread, butter, cheese, wine, soft drinks etc), wifi and electricity.

*Taxe De Sejour will be payable upon arrival in cash for adults over 18 for all direct bookings with us*

*CLEANING DEPOSIT AND DAMAGE/BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

A cleaning deposit of €100 will be taken at the time of final payment. This deposit is refundable upon your departure should you wish to clean the property, strip the beds, clean the BBQ and leave it as you found it. All cleaning equipment will be available to you. All rubbish, in all instances, must be removed before departure please.

A damage/breakage deposit of €500 will be taken at the time of final payment OR in cash upon arrival. The cash deposit is refundable after the departure inspection providing no damage or breakages have occured. If you have paid by bank transfer, this will be refunded within 48 hours. If you break a glass/plate/cup etc, you will not be charged but please let us know so we can replace it.

Staining to bed linen, towels etc caused by fake tanning or make up products, will be taken from your deposit. A washing machine is provided in the gite should you wish to do any laundry.

All payments will be taken by bank transfer as outlined in the information page.
